Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend one, especially on Saturdays. You can request a time on our Book page or simply call us at (415) 555-0142 and we will find a slot together. There is no online payment and no deposit required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us a call at least 24 hours ahead if your plans change. There is no fee — we just like enough notice to offer the chair to someone else. Repeated same-day no-shows may mean we ask for a phone confirmation next time.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes. The entrance is step-free from Valencia Street, aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair or walker, and we have step stools, arm cushions, and reading glasses at the front desk. Let us know what would make your visit easier and we will set it up before you arrive.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do, when a chair is open. Walk-ins are easiest Tuesday through Thursday before 3:00pm. Call ahead and we will tell you honestly how long the wait is.
